Mr. Herrman is a son of Mrs. Fanny Herrman Nye by a former marriage, who is well-known in club circles.. Miss Frohsin is prominent in the younger set in Philadelphia, and is an expert motorist and swimmer. The young couple plan to motor South on their honeymoon. The date of the wedding has not been set.
